Exciting news from one of London’s most innovative cafés—Special Guests, recently named one of the Top 10 venues in the 10th Edition of the London Coffee Guide, has welcomed Roosa Lyydia Jalonen as its new Head of Coffee.
Roosa is the current UK Barista Champion, a seasoned competition coach, and a highly regarded figure in the specialty coffee industry. Her experience spans green sourcing, roasting, and quality control, with deep ties to both the UK and Finnish coffee communities.
