William Woodhouse-Banks, Innovation Developer at Taylors of Harrogate, has won the 2025 UK Barista Championship and will represent the United Kingdom at the World Barista Championship taking place at Host in Milan later this year.
Former champion Roosa Jalonen, Head of Coffee at Special Guests, placed second, while Ted Longden, Senior Head Barista at WatchHouse, came in third. Incredible work from all competitors!
